While many employers connect with our team to post their jobs on our successful online job board, we also provide employers timely and comprehensive Labour Market Information and Resources, Human Resources Information, Wage Subsidy – paid work experience placements, Employer hiring and information events as well as offer private space in our office for interviews or meetings. Our team can also provide information and resources on Employer Training Grants and funding programs that not only help build your teams, but help your bottom line. We recognize the many needs and demands local employers have in such a tough labour market and with our team of highly dedicated and credentialed staff we work with our employers to help them address their talent and attraction needs.

We also support local job seekers by working alongside them to ensure success when looking for or starting work. Our team of dedicated professionals work with job seekers to create a success plan that will guide them towards their employment and personal goals. Our Employment Counsellors will help identify the training and skills you might need and what is required to help achieve your goals.
